RETURN POLICY

XS Supply is committed to customer satisfaction in all aspects of our business. Accordingly, XS Supply offers a 100% refund (not including shipping and handling) for any products that have been the subject of a recall, which have failed to pass quality inspection, which are defective, or which are different than the product the customer ordered (i.e., we shipped the wrong item) upon request by the customer. XS Supply shall issue a return shipping label to the customer if the customer is requested to return defective product or product shipped in error.*  

All other requests for Refunds must be within 30 days of purchase or be subject to a 15% restocking charge. In such cases the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to XS Supply and may use their preferred carrier.

Customers requesting a refund for all types must contact their XS Supply Account Manager, or call (844) 790-3897. Customer must provide the invoice number, PO #, item reference number(s), lot number(s), and a reason for the return.

All product returned shall be inspected and must meet XS Supply returned product standards before credit will be issued.  

*NOTE: Customers receiving defective product may be asked to return the defective units for evaluation. All defective product returns shall be treated as a formal complaint and shall be investigated as to cause by Risk Management. All complaints for defective products shall have a formal report issued with copy to the customer, with determination of root cause where possible, and follow up actions taken to ensure prevention of the same issue.
