RETURN POLICY

At XS Supply, your satisfaction is everything to us. We believe in making returns as easy and worry-free as possible, with no restocking fees and no questions asked.

Hassle-Free Returns for Any Reason

If you need to return a product for any reason, simply ensure it’s in the same condition as when you received it, and we’ll handle the rest. It’s that simple.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you ever receive a product that is defective, subject to a recall, or different from what you ordered, we’ve got you covered. You can return it to us at any time, for any reason, and in any condition (yes, even if it’s opened or damaged). We’ll refund the entire purchase amount, including shipping, and provide a prepaid return label. Our Risk Management team will thoroughly investigate any defective product returns and document it accordingly.

Our Simple Return Process

  1. Contact your XS Supply Account Manager, email us at support@xs-supply.com, or call us at (844) 790-3897.

  2. Please have your Invoice #, PO #, REF#, and LOT # ready. If you don’t know some of these, we’ll help you locate it.

  3. We’ll promptly inspect all returns, and once approved, we’ll issue your refund without delay via whichever method is the most convenient for you.

 

 

XS Supply is committed to customer satisfaction in all aspects of our business. Accordingly, XS Supply offers a 100% refund (not including shipping and handling) for any products that have been the subject of a recall, which have failed to pass quality inspection, which are defective, or which are different than the product the customer ordered (i.e., we shipped the wrong item) upon request by the customer. XS Supply shall issue a return shipping label to the customer if the customer is requested to return defective product or product shipped in error.*  

All other requests for Refunds must be within 30 days of purchase or be subject to a 15% restocking charge. In such cases the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to XS Supply and may use their preferred carrier.

Customers requesting a refund for all types must contact their XS Supply Account Manager, or call (844) 790-3897. Customer must provide the invoice number, PO #, item reference number(s), lot number(s), and a reason for the return.

All product returned shall be inspected and must meet XS Supply returned product standards before credit will be issued.  

*NOTE: Customers receiving defective product may be asked to return the defective units for evaluation. All defective product returns shall be treated as a formal complaint and shall be investigated as to cause by Risk Management. All complaints for defective products shall have a formal report issued with copy to the customer, with determination of root cause where possible, and follow up actions taken to ensure prevention of the same issue.
