The Low-Profile AC implant and Dog Bone button combine to form a strong, low-profile device optimized for the stabilization of acute AC joint separations. This dual construct features two independent tensionable TightRope sutures preassembled into a clavicle insert and a Dog Bone button that attaches separately to the suture loops after they are passed antegrade through the 3 mm bone tunnels.
